Are Toronto Area FMs Moving To A Higher Supporting Structure On The CN Tower?

I have been noticing that some Canadian Applications are appearing on fccdata.org. I assumed that this was probably related to FCC concurrence under the Agreement For FM Broadcasting Between The US and Canada. I saw about seven APPs granted today for Toronto Area stations on fccdata.org. I did some investigating, and noticed that the HAATs in the APPs were about 29 meters higher, and the ERPs slightly lower than existing facilities shown in Canadian records. The Overall Structure Height was the same, and there is apparently has been a separate structure for the FM antennas on the CN Tower. Does anyone know more about this?

Yes, I covered it a while back in NERW. There's an aperture on the tower that became available after CBLT ended analog channel 5 operation, and it's being filled with a new FM master antenna to replace the 1976-vintage Alan Dick antenna somewhat lower on the tower. I believe there will also be a new combiner, which will finally allow all the stations there to go HD if they want.

CHFI and a CJRT were granted early last month. I don't see any short spacing restrictions. Most border stations have some. Most or all of them have been there a long time, although I think they were Class Bs originally, with no restrictions.
